2/3 c. butter softened, 2 Tbl. brown sugar, 2 Tbl. honey, 1 c. fresh chopped cranberries, 1 Tbl. finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the butter , sugar , and honey until fluffy, about 5 min. Add cranberries and walnuts; beat about 5 min. longer until batter turns pink. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into log. Refridgerate until chilled. Place on butter dish.
