1/2 c. chopped onion. 2 lb. hamburger, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1 c. tomato juice, 2 Tbl. lemon juice, 1Tbl. brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 2-3 tsp. chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp.garlic powder, 1/4 mustard, 1 can kidney beans & liquid(you can use chilli beans and sauce instead of kidney beans)

Brown onion and beef. (drain excess fat from beef). Add rest of ingredients ans simmer for 30 min.
