1 1/4 c crushed chocolate wafer cookies
1/3 c butter, melted

Filling:
30 large marshmallows
2/3 c whole milk, scalded
2 oz green creme de menthe
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 c whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix the cookie crumbs and the melted butter. Pat into a deep 9 inch pie pan and chill.

Filling: In a heavy saucepan add the marshmallows to the hot, scalded milk, stirring often until blended smoothly. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in the whipped cream and pour into the chilled crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

After the pie is frozen, cover it carefully to keep ice crystals from forming. If frozen overnight, thaw pie slightly before serving. This should be made only 1 or 2 days ahead as it does not store well for long; the liqueurs may lose their flavors.
