3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp baking powder
2 cup oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 12 oz package chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Melt 1 cup choclate chips over low heat.

Beat sugar adn margarine until light and fluffy.

Blend in eggs, vanilla, and melted choclate.

Combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir into chocolate mixture.

Shape into dough balls, roll in powdered sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
