1 15.5 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 - 11/2 lbs of ground beef
2 regular size pie shells
1 egg
1 12 oz cottage cheese
1 small package shredded mozzarella chees

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add to the spaghetti sauce and set aside.

Mix egg and cottage cheese together.

Place the cottage cheese mixture in the bottom of the pie shells.

Add spaghetti sauce mixture as the second layer.

Place mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the pie and cheese are brown.

Let quiche set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
