1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cups chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup coconut
2 medium bananas, sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt; mix into the butter mixture until smooth.

Fold in the sour cream, nuts, coconut, and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool loaf pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
