2 cups long cooking oats, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinammon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp maple flavoring, optional
Garnish: vanilla yogurt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, baking pwoder, cinammon, salt.

Stir in milk, eggs, applesauce, and brown sugar.

Add maple flavoring, if desired.

Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish, bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with a spoonful of yogurt if desired.
