2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp chopped pimento (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, water chestnuts, spaghetti, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, milk and pimento; mix lightly.

Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casseole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Top with remaining cheddar cheese and additional parmesan cheeses, continue baking until cheddar cheese melts.
