2 lb hamburger
salt
pepper
1 c rice
1 chopped onion
1 egg
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, rice, onion and egg together. Form into 1 inch round balls.

Heat tomato soup and water and bring to medium boil. Drop balls into sauce and let boil 15- 20 minutes. Turn heat to low and simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

Can also be made in crockpot.
