6-8 medium potatoes, french fry cut
1 c American cheese, diced
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pint cream
butter
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9"x13" pan, place potatoes in pan, salt and pepper the potatoes, sprinkle with the cheeses, pour cream over and dot with butter. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
