2 Ibs hamburger
1 Ib pkg Velveeta cheese
2 cans (8 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes
3 small cans black olives (finely chopped)
2 small cans sliced mushrooms (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger until done; add cheese and Rotel tomatoes; Stir in olives and mushrooms. Keep in crock pot. Serve with chips.
