1/2 Ib thinly sliced cooked corned beef
4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
1/4 cup creamy Russian dressing
1-8 oz can sauerkraut (rinsed/drained)
4 slices (rectangular) Swiss cheese (halved)
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange corned beef on bread, top with dressing. Add sauerkraut and arrange sandwiches on paper towel lined glass oven tray. Heat 1 1/2 to-2 minutes on high. Top with cheese and heat another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Eat and enjoy.
