1/4. Ib Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/3 cup sour cream
1 T green pepper (finely chopped)
1 T onion (finely chopped)
1 T pimento (finely chopped)

Directions:
Combine cheese and sour cream in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers. Approximately 3/4 cup.
