Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar, 4 Tbl. cold water, 1 egg white, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, sugar, and unbeaten egg white in top of double boiler. (Have water in bottom pan boiling) Beat with mixer 7 min. or until thick enough to spread. Remove from stove, add vanilla and continue beating until thick. If to thick, add water and recook.
