3 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 tsp. nut meg, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 2/3 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 2 egg yolks, 1 whole egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, nutmeg, raisins, sugar and salt in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Heat milk and butter. Stir into bread mixture. Stir in egg yolks and the whole egg. Bake at 325º for 40- 45 min.
