1/4 C. Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Milk
12 oz. lowfat Yogurt
1 C. Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Place butter in a 9-inch baking dish and place in oven until butter has melted. Mix eggs and flour until almost smooth, add milk and blend well.
Pour into baking dish on top of hot, melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden with dark brown edges.
Top with yogurt and strawberries.
