1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 small can of tomato paste
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, butter, oil and flour.
In a 9 X 13 pan layer the ingredients in the following order:
Sauce mixture
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Flour mixture
Parmesan cheese
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
