6 pork chops
2 T. steak seasoning
12 oz. beer
18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
2 onions, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with seasoning, brown in skillet.
Place into baking dish.
Pour beer, then BBQ sauce over the chops.
Add onions and cover dish.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hr. or can be simmered in same pan you browned the chops in.
