1 lb. butter
6 eggs
4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb candied cherries
1/4 lb candied pineapple
1/4 lb white raisins
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 oz. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 lb. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Put flour on wax paper, then mix candied fruit in flour to prevent sticking. Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add eggs and lemon extract. Add flour, salt, baking powder, fruits, and nuts.

Bake in 2 loaf pans or 1 angel food cake pan for 1 1/2 hours

Bake in 3 round tins for 1 hour.

3 recipes fill 3 foil rounds, 10 small loaf pans and 6 loaf pans
