I cook by sight and taste, so I have no specific recipe for this.....but its good!
1 head of broccolli, chopped
1 head of califlower chopped
1 red onion,chopped
3 lg stalks of celery
1 or 2 handhuls of baby carrost chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced or used the minced jared garlic, about 2 tbls.
2tbls Italian seasoning
1 tbls of jar basil
1-2 boxes of tortelinni cooked (cheese kind)
1pkg pepperoni (quartered)
1 cup or so of Feta Cheese, or cubbed cheddar, mozzeralla...your choice!
1 bottle of Italian dressing (Not the robusto kind)

Toss all ingredients..throw in a very large bowl, pour italian dressing over it toss again, and refridgerate, Every so often turn the bowl upside down to marinate all the ingredients. I do this in the morning and marinate all day. Some option to use are chopped red bell pepper, black olives, green bell pepper, or anything you please!!!

Take a while washing and chopping but very theraputic

Add garlic salt and pepper to taste or any of you other favorite herbs, like fresh rosemary, I love basil, so I use that most often.lots of garlic..will ward off evil spirits!!!
