1 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.sugar
1 can beer

Fish (whatever kind you have)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except for the beer.
Gradually add beer to thin out the batter. until it is a thin consistency.

To Make Beer Battered Fish: Dip fish in flour and then into the beer batter. Fry fish in hot oil until fish is golden brown on both sides.
