5 lb. potatoes (~9 large) *
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter

*Instant potatoes may be used in place of regular potatoes. Prepare 12 servings according to package directions, using only 1/2 of the amount of milk called for.

Peel cube and cook potatoes in boiling, salted water, drain and mash.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in a shortening greased casserole, or until heated thoroughly.
Top with an additional 2 Tbsp. butter and sprinkle with Paprika, if desired.
