Ingredients:  
1 lb hot sausage
1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups biscuit baking mix
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in large skillet, breaking up the meat with fork until no longer pink. Drain off fat and place sausage in large bowl, cool completely.
2. Add cheese, biscuit mix, water and mix with fork until just blended. Roll in 1 inch balls and place on large cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
3. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and brown. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire rack.
