Cake:
1 butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 cup oil

Icing:
1 box instant vanilla pudding ( 5 1/2 oz. box)
1 container Cool Whip ( 10 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple with juice (15-22 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Cake: Mix all inigredients and beat for 2 minutes or until oranges are pulp. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans or 1 - 12 x 8 pan. Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool..

Topping: While cake cools, mix pudding and pineapple together. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake and keep refrigerated.
