2 eggs, 1 c. shortening, 1 tsp. soda dissolved in hot water, 2 1/2 c. flour or more to make a soft dough for rolling, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. molasses

Directions:
Mix well, chill. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick. Bake. Cool. Frost with White powdered sugar frosting. Dip in Coconut.
