Bridgeford Frozen Bread Dough (available at Publix comes in loaves of 3)
Flour
Olive oil
3/4 lb. pepperoni from deli
3/4 lb. provolone cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost dough per instructions on package. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil bottom of cookie sheet. Spread flour on smooth surface to roll dough with rolling pin into thin layer (approx. 6 inches wide and 14 inches long). Place layer of pepperoni on top of dough, leaving an inch of dough at the beginning of bread, then layer provolone in same fashion, on top of pepperoni. Starting with the far end of dough, begin rolling towards the front. Dough should overlap on top of roll. Whisk egg in bowl, brush egg lightly on bread. Repeat during baking. Bake for 45 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Let cool...slice and enjoy!

May substitute Pepperoni and Provolone with favorites....We use Spinach, Feta and Colby and Ham, Turkey and Swiss. Fun to do with children.
