Pro Tip: Sorting Your Recipes Within A Category

Pro Tip: Sorting Your Recipes Within A Category

Recipes by default are put in shortest to longest for best fit.  You can sort alphabetically, too.  Go to Editor Activities>Layout & Design and scroll to Recipe Layout for the option.

In the quick start homepage, Go to the Layout and Design Center > Additional Design Options . Recipe sorting options and choose one of the three options.

There is also an option for sorting recipes manually.  Select it in the Recipe Layout also.  Once selected, you can then click the link next to the option to use the Recipe Sorting Tool and adjust your recipes as you like.

Also, you can create your own categories and sub-categories for even finer control over grouping of your recipes.  Go to Editor Activities>Layout & Design.  Click on Category Section Editor for that.
