2 lbs filets
#1:
1 t worchestershire
2 T lemon juice
1 t salt
1/4 t white pepper (end #1)
1/4 t ground cinnamon
3 T currant jelly
flour for dredging
egg wash (2 eggs beaten w/ a little milk & vegetable oil)

Sauce:
2 sticks butter
#2:
1/2 C dried bananas
1/2 C dried pineapple
1/2 C dried mangoes
1/2 C dried papayas
peaches may be sustituded
1 T chopped parsley
2 T lemon juice (end #2)

Directions:
Directions:
Season filets w/ # 1. Dip in flour and then in egg wash. Heat skillet then add oil. Saute on one side until light brown, turn and saute slowly until cooked. Remove to serving platter. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon and spread jelly over them. Keep warm. Melt butter in clean skillet, add # 2. Heat until heated through. Top filets - serve.
