4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
8 slices black forest ham
8 slices Swiss emmental cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pound each chicken breast very thin between two sheets of wax paper.

Place chicken breasts, skin side down, on flat surface. Place a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese, on each chicken breast. Roll up chicken, enclosing cheese and ham. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

Dip the rolls in melted butter and then a mixture of the bread crumbs, salt, paprika, parsley flakes and pepper. Place the rolls in a casserole dish so they are close together. Any extra butter can be drizzled over the rolls.

Bake at 375º F for about 35 minutes.
