Cake:
3 Eggs
2/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Grease 15x10 pan and line with wax paper

Filling:
2 T. Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Powered Sugar

Mix all cake ingredients except nuts. Pour batter in Pan and sprinkle with nuts if nuts are wanted
Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 min.


Beat all filling ingredients Together

When Cake cools lightly sprinkle a tea towel with powdered sugar flip cake on towel, remove wax paper spread with filling and roll up.
wrap with saran wrap and cool in Refrigerator after they cool you can also freeze these.
