1 package large size flour tortillas
2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP green onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix well. Mix in onion, red pepper, cheddar cheese and crab meat. Spread thin layer of mixture on each tortilla. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and refridgerate at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut ends off each tortilla and then cut each tortilla into ¾” slices.
Makes about 64 appetillas.
