• 1 cup of veg oil
• ½ soy sauce
• 1 Tbl of spicy brown mustard
• 1 Tbl of brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp parsley

1. Preheat Oven at 350.
2. Place chops in pan and cover with mixture
3. Cover your pan with tin foil. Flip the chops over around 20 mins, depending on how thick your pork chops are.

Note: The amount below is enough if you’re cooking pork chops, if you decide to cook pork tenderloin than double the recipe.

*** Pork can be marinated overnight in the mixture as well for extra flavor***
