• 1 Lb loaf of Italian Bread
• 8 eggs
• 3 cups Milk
• 2 T Sugar
• 1 t Vanilla
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 t nutmeg
• Dash of salt
• Butter to grease pan and to but a little dab on each slice.

Must be prepared the night before
Generously butter a 9 x 13 pan
Slice bread into THICK slices and place in butter pan
Beat eggs and mix in all ingredients.
Pour over bread.
Place a little dab of butter on each slice
Cover in plastic wrap and then cover in foil
Refridgerate over night.

Next morning remove the wraps and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until REALLY puffy.
