• 1 round loaf of sourdough bread (extra for dipping)
• ½ jar salsa (use mild/medium, but if you like it spicier use hot)
• 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 8 oz sour cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Hollow out the bread – save the extra bread for dipping also
3. In a separate bowl mix together all the ingredients and pour into bread bowl
4. Cook on a cookie sheet for 1 hour…Enjoy.
