• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1 cup flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper (season to taste)
• 48 medium stuffed or unstuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Mix together cheese and butter or margarine
Thoroughly mix together sifted flour, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper (if you used cayenne) into the cheese mixture.
Take about 1 teaspoon of cheese dough and wrap each olive
Bake on cookie sheet for 14 minutes at 400ºF
