• 1 cup of Dry Mustard (Coleman’s)
• 1 ¼ c Vinegar
• 3 eggs
• 1/12 cups of Sugar
• 1 pint of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup of dry mustard and 1 ¼ cups of vinegar and let sit overnight.

Next day in double boiler add 3 eggs, 1/12 cups of Sugar; Cook until Thickened - approximately 15 mins. Then add mustard and vinegar mixture. Stir for additional 5 mins. Remove from heat and add 1 pint of sour cream. Refridgerate.
