1 Venison roast, 4 to 5 lb.
3 stalks celery, clean, whole
3 carrots, scraped, whole
3 onions, pealed, whole

Directions:
Directions:
Place heavy duty foil in roaster or 2 pieces regular aluminum foil criss-crossed. Place roast in center--salt heavily. Place veggies on top and seal tightly. Place in 325º oven and roast for 4 to 6 hours (depending on size of roast). Do not open foil while roasting. After removing, open foil carefully. Remove and discard veggies. Remove and carve roast. Out of the juice make gravy and serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Enjoy Yum! Yum!
