6 med. yellow potatoes, unpeeled and diced
4 lg. whole cloves garlic
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick butter or margarine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, garlic and broth in a sauce pan. Cover and boil until potatoes are fork tender. Remove lid and boil until broth has evaporated. Add butter and reduce heat to low. Stir until butter is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash and serve hot. Can also use red potatoes instead of yellow to give the dish more color.
