Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears
6-12 bacon slices
1 c. Catalina salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the asparagus by holding the top half of a spear in one hand and grasping the bottom half with your other hand. Bend lightly and the tough lower end will snap off where it meets the more tender part of the spear.

To make bundles, use one slice of raw bacon to wrap four large asparagus spears. (For smaller asparagus, use half a slice.) Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake in 375º oven for about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven and drizzle with about a half cup of Catalina dressing. Return to oven and reheat. Drizzle remaining dressing over bundles before serving. Fresh green beans can be used in the place of asparagus.
