1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 C butter
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 C Karo syrup
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C crushed Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 2/3 C dry cake mix for later. Mix remaining mix with 1 egg and butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the 2/3 C dry cake mix with the 3 beaten eggs, syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with pecans over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes more.
