2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Tsp. Sesame oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
4 Cups Shredded cooked chicken breast
2 pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
6-8 Green onions, sliced
3/4 C chopped peanuts
2 C Chopped fresh spinach
3/4 C Sweet and Sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Spread cream cheese into a 13x9 pan or onto a large serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, onions and spinach. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Top with peanuts and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce. Serve with crackers.
