2 cups bok choy, chopped (3 small heads)
2 stalks of celery, chopped
some broccoli, chopped (optional)
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
some fresh ginger, minced
about 2 tbsp soy sauce
stir fry sauce, at least 2 tbsp (Mom likes more)
oil
1 chicken breast, diced
chicken stock as needed
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 small package chow mein noodles (or however many you want)

Directions:
Directions:
In wok, cook chicken in oil. Add soy sauce. Add onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry. Add bok choy, then celery, then broccoli. Mix in noodles. Add enough chicken stock to cover bottom and let it all cook for a while.

Mix chicken stock (about 2 tbsp) with cornstarch in small bowl. Add stir fry sauce. Add to meat and vegetables; stir fry until vegetables are tender crisp and sauce has thickened.
