4 egg whites
4 Tbs honey
2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 whole chicken legs split into drumsticks and thighs, skin removed
6 Tbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In shallow bowl or pie plate, stir together egg whites, honey and 1/2 tsp of salt. In separate shallow bowl or pie plate, stir together flour, Parmesan and remaining 1 1/2 tsp salt. Dip chicken pieces first in egg-white mixture, then in flour mixture, coating chicken well. Place chicken on greased pan. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and bake 35-40 minutes, carefully turning chicken over midway, or until cooked through.
