1 chicken, without the back, about 3 lbs.
4 medium potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges, about 6-8 per potato
oil
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Wash the chicken. Saute’ onion until golden. Add paprika, chicken, salt. Add water almost to cover. Stir. Cook ˝ hour. Add potatoes on bottom; arrange chicken pieces on top. Add pepper. Cook another ˝ hour.
