1 16-oz. can cream style corn
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Vidalia onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. pimento
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs, divided
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn and milk in a sauce pan, heat to a simmer. Slowly add eggs, stirring constantly. Add onion, bell pepper, pimento, nutmeg and one cup bread crumbs. Pour into a greased, 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix butter and remaining bread crumbs, spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
