6-8 apples (green are best)
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples, lay in a lightly sprayed 8x8" or 9x13" glass pyrex dish.

Mix sugar, flour and butter with a fork until crumbly.

Use your hands to crumble sugar topping evenly over apples.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until crisp and apples are soft and bubbly.

Delicious warm, alone or with vanilla ice cream.
