Shrimp Scampi with Wine Recipe

2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
4 large cloves garlic, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 pound asparagus, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup white wine
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, melt butter in olive oil
Saute' garlic over medium heat one minute
Add green onions and asparagus and saute' one minute
Add white wine, lemon and shrimp; cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink
Add flour and stir to slightly thicken
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper and serve over pasta
