1 egg, beaten
1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg with soup, then add broccoli, mushrooms, and cheese. Pour into greased one-quart baking dish. Spread cracker crumbs on top, drizzle with margarine and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20-30 minutes, until set.
