For Basing Sauce: 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 2 T. olive oil 1 T. lemon juice
Slice squash in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix all basting sauce ingredients. Marinate in basting sauce for at least thirty minutes. Grill over medium heat about ten minutes, turning and basting with sauce occasionally.
