2 Filets of Favorite fish
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse tilapia filet and pat dry. Do not dry completely.

2. Pass the tilapia into the seasoned flour and shake off the excess.

3. Heat the butter in a cast iron skillet to almost smoking. Place the fish in the pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.

4. Remove from pan to paper towel to drain.
